What If

What If

What If

What if I say ‘I Love you,

Would you radiate that bounteous smile?

If I say forgive me, I’m true,

Come with me; walk with me down the aisle….

And if I write you a poem I rhyme,

Could I serve you the music of time?

Inhale me with your love my queen,

What if I smile, would it be seen?

I ponder with the thought of your majesty,

Come with me girl come with me…

What if you come, will you realize,

That your presence overshadows my eyes…

For sure I have the most precious wife,

What if she was never in my life?

I’d be among men most unsatisfied,

She is my charm, she is my bride!
