I often drive through the countryside, admiring the stunning transformation of autumn leaves as their colors shift, creating a breathtaking landscape. When I do this, I also partake of this miraculous reality.

For the most part, Autumn is a time of transformation. We’ll see trees shedding their leaves as landscapes change. This serves as a reminder that change is a natural and necessary part of life. As Christians, we are called to embrace spiritual transformation, allowing God to mold us into His image (Romans 12:2). Autumn teaches us to let go of the old and make room for the new work God is doing in us.

We too must transform

Scripture reveals that God calls us into a process of divine transformation, with the ultimate goal of shaping us into the image of Christ. Like Autumn, we must mature into a ripe harvest.

until we all come into the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:13
