Little Known Bible Verses That Carry a Big Life Message
1. Ecclesiastes 7:8 – "The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride."
I’m sure we have all watched movies before. One of the key things about them is how they start compared to how they end. There are two main characters in any movie, there is the protagonist (star), and then there is the villain. In the beginning it always seem like the villain is winning, but we will have to wait to see the outcome in order to know who the true winner is.
Most times the star ends up the winner. This is the same with us as we walk with God. At first, it might seem like the villian is winning, but we have to wait until the end to see who the true winner is.
In Psalm 73, David thought that the wicked men were winning. However, as he waited, he saw that their end was atrocious. It is the same with the wickedness and evil people that we live amongst. They might seem that they are winning, yet in the end, so long as we walk with God, we shall be the ones who wear the crown.
2. Isaiah 50:10 – "Let the one who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord and rely on their God."
As you walk in the darkness you might feel that you are neglected and alone, but this Scripture in Isaiah reminds us that we should trust in God. The God who travels with us in the light is the same God who walks with us in every dark place. We must be assured that God is always with us no matter how hard our circumstances might seem.
David knew this very well. He knew that even if he walked in the darkness of hell, God was right there with him. This is easier to write about than to actually believe. But it is true regardless of what we believe. God is with us always, even in the dark, when it seems there is no light.
3. Habakkuk 3:19 – "The Sovereign Lord is my strength; He makes my feet like the feet of a deer, He enables me to tread on the heights."
This little known Bible verse in Habakkuk tells us that God can make our feet like those of a deer. Let us look at what makes a deer’s feet so special and the spiritual lessons we can take from this.
What’s Special About the Feet of a Deer (Hind’s Feet)?
Sure-Footedness – Deer, especially mountain deer or ibex, can move swiftly and steadily across rocky, steep, and dangerous terrain. Their feet allow them to climb where others would stumble.
Balance and Agility – They can leap and maneuver with ease, avoiding dangers while maintaining stability on uncertain ground.
Strength for High Places – The phrase “hinds’ feet on high places” symbolizes God equipping believers to walk confidently in difficult spiritual or life challenges, just as a deer moves safely on mountain peaks.
Precision in Footsteps – A deer’s back feet land exactly where its front feet stepped, making its movement efficient and stable. This illustrates trusting in God’s path without wavering.
Spiritual Meaning
When a person walks with God, they will be like a tree planted by the rivers, having hinds feet. Like the feet of a deer, we will walk safely and efficiently into purpose, unwavering and strong. We will also step on the heads of our enemies like its second nature, proceeding with the confidence of praise.
God gives us strength in every trial, and armor us with the spiritual endurance to finish well. Just as a deer can ascend high places, believers can overcome spiritual struggles with faith, endurance, and divine guidance.
4. Zephaniah 3:17 – "The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."
This passage in Zephaniah reminds us that God is with us. The Scripture describes Him as the Mighty Warrior Who saves.
We often feel overwhelmed by the issues of life, and loneliness kicks in, this is a reminder of His faithful presence and His steadfast love. He is present, regardless of what we feel or how we think.

It is an example of How God is able to turn our lives around. It is good to know that when we rely on His faithfulness, and walk in His divine will, our later years will be greater than our former ones.
It is not the end so don’t give up. There have been times in my own life when I’ve written off myself and render myself condemned. But God has shown himself faithful again and again. God has shown me that He can turn a mess into a message and our ashes into beauty when we trust Him.
The Good and mighty God can do the impossible in your life. Won’t you trust Him?

The Kingdom set before you is waiting to take you in like oceans of waters. Be strong. Just as gold is purified by fire, the difficulties we face refine us.

This fairly uncommon Bible verse is from the book of Nahum. This verse is a hidden gem about God’s protection. He protects the person who walks with Him. Think about all the times when God saved you when it didn’t make sense.
One time, I was driving along Highway 50 in Bolton, Ontario, when suddenly I saw an SUV swerve across the traffic in front of my car. I was one millisecond away from getting badly hit. My car was also small, and this SUV was big. Who could have saved me but the Lord strong and Mighty.
His divine protection is available to everyone who turn to Him.
11. Job 12:7-8 – “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.
